SwimCord Terms of Service

Welcome to SwimCord!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SwimCord bot ("Bot") on the Discord platform ("Discord"). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Bot

• You agree to use the Bot for lawful purposes only and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service.
• You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Bot.
• You will not use the Bot to:
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others.
• Spam or flood Discord servers.
• Promote illegal or harmful activities.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfere with the operation of the Bot or Discord.

2. Data and Privacy

SwimCord does not collect or store any personal information from you while you use the Bot.

The Bot retrieves data from Swimcloud to display swimmer information and performance data. Please refer to Swimcloud's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for information on how they collect and handle your data.

3. Disclaimer

SwimCord is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

The developers of SwimCord are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the data retrieved from Swimcloud.

You use the Bot at your own risk and assume all responsibility for any damage or loss arising from its use.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Bot at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

6. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Bot.
